The sharing of experiences and discussions of the newest trends is the theme at this conference. This time the topic of MicroLearning and the opportunities that derive from the combination of mobile and game-based was particularly in focus. Jutta Klassen, International HR & Training Manager at SPAR International, introduces the topic MicroLearning. Following questions arise:
